How do I choose between the printing methods available?

It depends mainly on what you require. If your uniform design is simple and the logo is less than 8 colors then it is possible to do it with Screen Printing. However, if your design is quite graphic and can only be achieved by digital printing then Sublimation Printing will be the best way to produce it.
Currently, sublimation printing is the standard for sportswear as the print is infused into the fabric and does not add weight.
For T-shirts of small quantity and the print is just single color, vinyl print is the best way to go.

For corporate polo shirts, embroidery is the standard way of customizing.
